Roast Beef Perfection 1 Standing Princess Beef Rib Roast, any size Preheat oven to 400°. Place roast in oven and cook for 1 hour. Turn oven off. Keep oven door closed! 45 minutes before serving, turn the oven to 325°. This roast beef will be medium-rare and juicy every time. I have had success using rump and English cut roasts as well. It is perfect for Princess range-fed lean beef!
