Fajita Marinade 1 pkg. Princess round steak or sirloin Mix hot sauce and beer together and pour over meat. Marinate overnight. Grill (see instructions on Cooking Tips main page) or broil slowly until done and cut into strips. Serve on tortillas with cheese, salsa, tomatoes, peppers, beans, etc.
