Crock-pot Meatloaf

Mix together in a crock-pot in whatever quantity desired:

Princess Beef hamburger
Oatmeal
Roasted Poblano or Anaheim chilies
Onion
Salt and pepper and/or other spices to taste

Pour in a bottle of beer and put the lid on. Cook on low around 10 hours. Pour off the gravy to go with potatoes, rice or squash and enjoy tender meatloaf!
