Brisket Birria

Would
be excellent for a Princess Beef chuck roast
Mix
Marinade:
1/4 cup chile powder
1 1/2 cup cheap red wine
1/4 cup wine vinegar
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Pour
over brisket or chuck roast, top with 4 sliced onions.
Cover tightly with foil or use a roasting pan with lid. Bake at 250°
for 6 hours. Shred with a fork and serve with tortillas, etc.
